Bitrix to Quo Call Redirect (Chrome extension) · September 2026

The Bitrix to Quo Call Redirect Chrome extension by UPSOFT sends phone-number clicks in Bitrix24 to Quo. It does not collect, store or transmit personal data.

What is stored

• Only the extension's own settings — on/off, call method (Quo Desktop or Quo Web), auto-call and default country code — in Chrome's built-in sync storage in your browser.

What is not collected

• No contacts, CRM data, call history, browsing history, analytics or identifiers are collected.
• The extension has no server and sends no data to UPSOFT or any third party.

How phone numbers are used

When you click a phone link in Bitrix24, the number is passed on your own computer either to the Quo Desktop app (as a tel: link) or to your open Quo web app tab at my.quo.com, where it is entered into the call dialog. It is not saved or sent anywhere else.

Removal

Removing the extension from Chrome deletes its settings.
